Overview
Train your brain for deep focus using EEG feedback, immersive VR, and brainwave entrainment audio in a 1.5-hour hands-on workshop.
Your brain is the most important asset in your organization, yet you don't train it.
Pro athletes train 90% of the time and compete 10%. Knowledge workers train 0% and compete 100%, for careers four times as long. The result: an invisible Attention Tax — the 23 minutes it takes to refocus after every interruption, compounding silently across your team, every day.
The good news: attention recovery — the speed at which you snap back into focus — is a trainable skill. It's the same skill Navy SEALs, chess grandmasters, and elite performers have developed, and neuroscience now shows us how to measure and accelerate it.
What You’ll Experience
Live EEG Feedback: Do a brain training session and see your own attention data — how often you drifted, how fast you recovered, and how your focus changed across the session.
Immersive VR Meditation: Enter guided virtual environments designed to reset cognitive fatigue.
Audio Brainwave Entrainment: Learn how sound engineered to match target brain states can deepen and sustain focus during daily work.
Group Debrief & Takeaways: Share insights, ask questions, and explore how to replicate this experience on your own.
What You'll Learn
Why attention recovery — the speed at which you snap back after distraction — is the highest-leverage performance skill most knowledge workers have never trained.
How to make deep focus sessions longer, more consistent, and less dependent on willpower.
How EEG neurofeedback makes your focus visible and trainable in real time.
Why VR immersion and audio entrainment accelerate what used to take years of practice.
How to make focus and flow repeatable, not random.
This Event is for you if…
You lead a team and want to understand how attention training translates to measurable performance outcomes.
You're in People, L&D, or Wellness leadership and are exploring evidence-based cognitive performance programs.
You're curious about neurotechnology or measurable ways to train your mind.

Yes. What we use isn’t invasive, and nothing is done “to” your brain, only with it. It’s more like a nudge — a cue that guides the brain into particular rhythms that your subjective experience will reflect.
Our system relies on two well-established tools:1.EEG (electroencephalography) — which simply listens to your brain’s electrical activity, like a stethoscope for your mind. It’s widely used in hospitals, sleep labs, and research centers — including the Mayo Clinic and Stanford Medicine.
2. BWE uses sound or light to guide the brain into specific rhythms. A growing body of peer-reviewed research — including studies published by researchers at MIT, UC Berkeley, and Oxford — has shown that entrainment can support reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and enhanced cognitive performance

Not at all. The workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. The neurotech helps guide you into deeper states regardless of your background.
-
Expect the full experience to last about 1.5 hours, including setup, guided practice, feedback review, and group integration.
-
The workshop is conducted in a small group setting, but each participant receives individual EEG data and attention during the experience.
-
You’ll wear a lightweight EEG headband (non-invasive, wireless) and a VR headset for part of the guided meditation. Both are sanitized between uses.

Everything you experience in this workshop — EEG neurofeedback, VR recovery, brainwave entrainment — can be deployed as an ongoing training program for teams. We work with People, L&D, and Wellness leaders to bring attention training into the workplace, with measurable outcomes. This workshop is the best way to experience it firsthand before exploring what it looks like for your organization.
