Tech-Enhanced Meditation Hands on Workshop

Overview

Train your brain for deep focus and calm using EEG feedback, Immersive VR, and custom engineered Brainwave Entrainment audio in a 1.5 hour hands-on workshop.

What You’ll Experience

  • Live EEG Feedback See and feel in real time how your brain shifts into meditation.

  • Immersive VR meditation Enter guided virtual environments designed to access deeper mental states.

  • Audio brainwave entrainment Use sound engineered to deepen and sustain your meditative state.

  • Before and after session report Receive a personalized snapshot of your brain’s performance and transformation.

  • Group debrief Q&A, and take home entrainment protocols Share insights, ask questions and explore how to replicate this experience on your own.

What You'll Learn

  • How to reinforce alpha/theta brainwave patterns associated with deep meditation.

  • How to use EEG feedback to know when you’re truly in a meditative state.

  • Why VR immersion and audio entrainment accelerate meditative depth.

  • How to make calm and clarity repeatable, not random.

This Event is for you if…

  • You’re new to meditation and want a clear, guided way to experience what “deep” actually feels like.

  • You’ve tried meditation apps or classes but struggle to stay focused or go deeper.

  • You’re a seasoned meditator looking to explore advanced tools like EEG, VR, and brainwave entrainment.

  • You’re curious about neurotechnology, altered states, or measurable ways to train your mind.

Duration: 1.5 hours

  • Yes. What we use isn’t invasive, and nothing is done “to” your brain, only with it. It’s more like a nudge — a cue that guides the brain into particular rhythms that your subjective experience will reflect.

Our system relies on two well-established tools:

1.EEG (electroencephalography) — which simply listens to your brain’s electrical activity, like a stethoscope for your mind. It’s widely used in hospitals, sleep labs, and research centers — including the Mayo Clinic and Stanford Medicine.

    2. BWE uses sound or light to guide the brain into specific rhythms. A growing body of peer-reviewed research — including studies published by researchers at MIT, UC Berkeley, and Oxford — has shown that entrainment can support reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and enhanced cognitive performance

  • Not at all. The workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. The neurotech helps guide you into deeper states regardless of your background.

  • Expect the full experience to last about 2.5–3 hours, including setup, guided practice, feedback review, and group integration.

  • The workshop is conducted in a small group setting, but each participant receives individual EEG data and attention during the experience.

  • You’ll wear a lightweight EEG headband (non-invasive, wireless) and a VR headset for part of the guided meditation. Both are sanitized between uses.
