Overview

A hands-on workshop exploring EEG, VR meditation, and brainwave entrainment, hosted at MIT by Vayu Labs.

This in-person and hybrid workshop invites participants to explore how neurotechnology can enhance focus, self-awareness, and meditative depth. Following our January IAP course at MIT, this session offers a chance to go deeper into core techniques and test new tools developed by Vayu Labs.

What You’ll Experience

  • Hands-on experience with the Vayu Labs Second Attention EEG Feedback App

  • Live demos of the VR GVRU App, integrating real-time brain feedback with immersive meditative environments

  • Open conversation and integration time with course facilitators and fellow participants

Who It’s For
